I’m Ryan Alonzo, a photographer based in Mammoth Lakes, California. For 20+ years, I’ve been exploring the Sierra Nevada and capturing its landscapes. From back-country mountain peaks and alpine lakes to quiet remote corners of Yosemite.

Whether I’m hiking to a hidden backcountry lake for a sunrise elopement, photographing a sunset wedding on Mammoth Mountain, or simply wandering the Eastern Sierra with my camera, I try to capture the moments that feel real and the landscapes that make them unforgettable.

I live in Crowley Lake with my wife Melissa, our daughter Violet, and our dog Porcini. Outside of photography, you can find me fishing on a river, sliding down mountains on my snowboard, climbing high peaks or looking for birds with my dog:)
